This customized, a la carte experience can be built to suit your interests and needs. Treat the family, rally your work or play group, or gather your besties and split the cost. Customize the practice with a menu of themes, poses and chakras, add a yoga nidra or an essential oil DIY! Practice length and a la carte additions pre-paid on line, details of the practice itself, the date and time worked out directly with Kristin.
